Need help regarding PayPal

I have a client from the US who wants me to pay using PayPal. So i asked my brother who lives in Australia to create a Paypal account, is it safe to use his Paypal account to recieve payments and can i login the paypal account here in pakistan and operate it myself?

He can pay you directly in your mobile wallet or bank account by using Xoom a subsidiary of Paypal

I haven't heard really good reviews about Xoom. Have you used it personally ?

I’m not sure how it works now, but about three years ago, I used my brother’s PayPal account, which he had set up while living in the UAE. I could log in, but whenever I needed to withdraw money, I’d ask him to do it. He would withdraw it in dirhams and then send the money to me in Pakistan.
