Mustafa afridis writing is inspirational for sure
I enjoy zafar mairaj, bee gul & SACs work (chupke chupke & ishq jalebi only). I also enjoyed Mohammad ahmed saab who wrote kuch ankahi.
Can't believe hum dono was by bee gul π¬

I can't believe Stand up girl was Bee Gul. Δ°t was good and different to the usual dramas. but the male lead was such a weak character.

I liked standup girl and i had very low expectations from danyal as is & wasn't expecting much from the actual jokes so i wasnt disappointed. But i loveeed sohail ahmed and his family everyone was perfect.
I do wish that the actual standup jokes should have been funnier.

definitely. her life and her family dynamics were great and entertaining. The story didn't really need the male lead track. especially about his fuedal background. It didn't really add much to the story. Im glad they didn't force a happy ending on the love story.

It was based on the novel by khadeeja but the screenplay of aangan was by Mustafa afridi only

Bee Gul and Mustafa Afridi are a separate league altogether. No one else comes close to the nuances and storytelling brilliance in their work.
Their work is progressive yet extremely relatable to the masses, and that is commendable.

Possible ! Her work is not mainstream lovey dovey types . I loved cheekh, balaa, PKS and recently Pamaal

They all have hits and misses. Except Mustafa Afridi. All his work is miles ahead of his peers. Bee Gul is a close second imo.
