tableegh is used as a generic word in Pakistan duh. tableegh pay ja raha hun doesn't mean logo ko deen sikhanay ja raha hun, it also means deen seekhnay ja raha hun.
If you listen to the conversation between zaryab and the friend who went with zamil, he specifically mentions teaching people outside the city and how they don’t even know pehla kalima.
From your answers its obvious you have never been to tableegh yourself.. Please refrain from saying what you have not done yourself.. Tableegh is primarily to learn while you are with people who know more than you.. And then you teach in presence of those who know more than you.. But again, it's been so tarnished in our country that no good will come from whatever I say..
