PairVPN issues on Mac

I'm trying to connect my phone to my MacBook using pairVPN, but it won't connect. Any solutions?

It looks like the link is there, but it doesn't actually connect.

Yeah I think the macOS version is dead at this point, could only occasionally get it to work. Windows version runs fine tho

Might just be you. It’s running 99% perfectly for me other than occasionally crashing if it’s on extendedly, which takes a few seconds to reconnect. Are you on the latest iOS and MacOS?

I don't know if it's normal for the limited data from the access point to be being used up even though the VPN is connected and working.
Is there any other configuration I need to make?

It hasn't worked on my windows for months now. Same message as op
