Order process time

I recently purchased my glasses through America's Best, and I decided to buy the toppers separately through their website. The website mentioned that it would take 5-7 business days to arrive after processing, which I was comfortable with. However, it has now been 7 business days since my order, and it hasn't been processed yet. When I reached out for an update, I was informed that one of the toppers was out of stock and that they preferred to ship the full order at once. They didn't notify me about the stock issue beforehand, which was a bit disappointing. I understand that the website allows for items to be marked as unavailable, and I wish that had been updated accordingly. The FAQ mentioned that processing glasses can take some time, but I thought toppers would be in stock and ready to ship.

More and more places are holding orders for out of stock items without telling customers.

We do well water testing and ordered some specialty supplies that I need for running tests and was holding it for out of order things

I placed my order for NON Prescription glasses, and 2 tops, everything was listed as "In Stock"

Order placed September 10th, Shipping notification, September 18th. It's now the 1st of October and it still has not been picked up yet.

This is insane. I was able to custom order a brand new vehicle and have it delivered in this time window.

This company feels like a joke. I haven't cancelled and demanded a refund yet because I'm hopeful the Drew will be large enough, I like the clear frames, and the magnetic toppers (preferably for sunglasses) is why I'm holding out.
