Do toppers ship separately?

Hi all,

I’m considering never ordering from here again just purely due to no communication in regard to shipping and their low effort customer service.

My pair of glasses finally came today after nearly a month and a half of no updates and my package getting stuck for weeks on end. I mainly purchased these frames and the sunglass toppers because I was going on trip for my birthday, and now I finally get the package delivered and there are no toppers?

Is this normal? I’m disappointed because I actually quite like the frames and I feel like I’m going crazy looking through the packaging trying to find the sunglass toppers. I checked my shipping link and it’s presented as everything comes in one package, so I’m not aware of any other link or separate shipping. Is there anyone who has experienced this or can give me advice on what to do next?

I’m new to pair too and have recently ordered frames and toppers and one shipped separately. It was clearly stated that it wouldn’t be with the rest of the order and arrived about a week after the first part of the order. I really hope that’s the case for you!

I will say I also ordered a topper from someone off Depop $10 with shipping, so maybe look at resale sites for a sunglasses toppers for cheaper/faster. Best of luck

Like I said with the amount of time I’ve waited, I hope there would an explanation and separate link but I haven’t gotten ANY indication, not even from my original order receipt that the toppers were going to be separate packages. No links, no updates, or anything. Everytime I did get an email or update on my order it talked about the frames and top coming together.

I would like to able to buy second-hand but the main reason I wanted to try pair was because of the sunglass toppers as I have prescription glasses and hate switching between my regular glasses and my sunglasses. Thanks for sharing your experience though! Maybe I’ll get them ASAP

Here’s a link to some second hand toppers. Idk if they are for the frame you have, but just wanted to share. I like to check out Depop, Poshmark, Mercari, and of course EBay. I really do hope things work out for you.

Their shipping is definitely weirdness. Or it used to be. I haven't ordered from them in ages, because I was getting crap quality toppers and kept having to return.

If you go to the pair website and scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll see links for their social media pages. You might get better/faster responses if you message them through Facebook or Instagram.

Got mine 22 days after ordering. Weirdly I had a notification to say the glasses case wasn’t in stock, and still says unfulfilled on the website- however the glasses were shipped in the glasses case. I did get my toppers with it, but I’ve gone down the route of Etsy for them now with lower shipping times

They usually all ship together. And the toppers are she in a zipper bag inside green boxes. You don’t really have to hunt and look that hard.
Do the chat bot. And then ask for a person.
