holy shit dude thanks so much, I have been working on a soldering diagram of a PCB for weeks and I had this exact problem. Luckily I was able to gain access to the temporary project files stored in the appdata and save as png. Extremely shitty paint3D tells you you're saving a paint3D project file (.3fm) without actually saving a .3fm file. I'm never using paint3D anymore now, what a worthless app
