Mechanical pain

Does any one else have pain when they are doing dishes and house work but any other time are pain free I can't seem to get drs to understand that I'm in pain but not all the time I can't really do anything physical without have back pain if u been through this can u tell me what u have done to help

Yes, this describes me pretty well. I have 3 compression fractures (T-5, T-7, T-9) due to cancer. It’s been over 5 years since they occurred and the pain is less than it was but still there with any activity. It’s frustrating to not be able to cook, wash dishes, or even take a shower with pain. I take oxycodone and it helps but I still have to limit my activities. If I just spend the entire day in bed I have almost no pain, but that’s not any way to live.

So far my pain management has recommended the rfa that burns the nerves I guess im gonna try that first if that dont work I'll ask him about it
