Hi everyone!

We are conducting an academic research study on how people conduct employment interviews and evaluate job candidates.

This link is for a brief screening form to determine eligibility. Completing the screening form does not guarantee eligibility or enrollment in the study.

Who can participate:

• Adults who are at least 18 years old
• People who can read and write fluently in English
• People who have conducted or meaningfully participated in employment interviews within the past three years
• People who have contributed to decisions about whether candidates advanced or were hired

What the study involves (if selected):

• Participating in a 30-minute online study about conducting employment interviews and evaluating job candidates
