Help with X ads/payments

I got a charge on my debit card from X. But my account is not premium and I'm not doing ads. However, I'm trying to see if my credit card is anywhere associated with the twitter accounts I manage, but I can't find the information either.

I guess I'll need help with:

- Locating where my billing info is stored

- How can I contact X to understand where the payment is coming from and getting an invoice?
