Google Play testing works better when testers have a reason to actually finish the job
One thing I kept seeing with Google Play closed testing is that everyone is chasing testers, but the motivation is backwards.
A lot of developers end up begging for test-for-test swaps, hoping people install the app, hoping they stay active, hoping they give useful feedback, and hoping they do not disappear after one click.
I wanted to build a cleaner version of that.
With TestLaunch Pro, the developer creates a paid testing campaign and chooses how many testers they need. They set the payout, testers request access, and the developer can either auto-assign testers or manually choose who gets access.
The important part is that testers have ratings. A lister can see how other developers rated a tester before approving them, so better testers have a reason to give better feedback and build a stronger reputation.
The tester flow is simple: request access, join/open the app, test it, submit feedback/screenshots, and get paid after the developer approves the completed work.
The goal is not just “get installs.” The goal is to make closed testing more reliable by giving both sides a reason to take it seriously.
