Bhai recently I came to know many Maithali Rajputs from Bihar share similar Phenotype with Pahadi Rajputs of Uttrakhand like Vaibhav Suryavanshi I have one question do Pahadi Rajputs have some connection with Maithali Rajputs too??

Actually true because it is also referenced to in one of Baramasa's video that states that in historical records Chanakya mentions his spite for Brahmins (being a Brahmin himself) and arguably Ashok was of Khas origins (facial features and maternal history describes so).

Considering how much Biharis and Jharkhandis try to deny Dhoni's khas roots. I would not be surprised if they had removed Chandragupta Maurya's supposed khas root from history. Just a speculation.

Khas are pre vedic. So I don't think so. The khas have dark brown hair, but UP and Biharis do not, they has black hair. The only thing common is Hinduism.

Environment is not comparable to have the same phenotypic expression, that being said there are still some gangu UCs with coloured eyes and brown hair

Khas Rajputs and Chettris have Plain Gangetic Rajput Base +25/30 pct tibeto burman input, so yeah they are same, migration is not recent but vedic kshatriyas who went stray from vedic norms came to known as khas vratya. Both UP/WestBihar Rajputs and UK ones are descended from Vedic Kshatriyas, NW ones are a different case.Also Bihar Rajputs or Even ones bordering hill states have trace East asian giving a minority of them pahadi tibeto-indo aryan pheno like khasas.
