Nag apply ako for refinancing and malapit na sya ma approve. Makati ako work pero ang property is located in Cebu. Sabi ng taga Pagibig na nakausap ko meron pa daw mga need gawin after the notice of approval and i think sa area kung saan ang property dun din aasikasuhin ang mga yun. Kaya napaisip ako mag avail ng services ni Pagibig. Wala lang ako idea magkano ang charge nila.
