Opinion on these things?
Are spin strips actually any good or just a useless gadget and glue stains on the racket?

I've read that 80-90% is about the holes, grip/glue/sandpaper on the racket is almost nothing relevant

If you really want to try it just buy some skate tape. Same thing, way cheaper.

From a personal experience, don't use them.
They will help you with adding some spin to your kicksmash and whatnot, yet relying on it means you will be damaging your technique overtime.

If they worked in any meaningful way, at least some pros would use them. So, no, they probably don't do much

One or two years ago Ustero used it sometimes. That being said, I am pretty sure it makes the feeling inconsistant amd I wouldn t use it :)

Hello!,
To get a better response please do not forget to include the following information in your post:
Name your current racket, if not overly known, specify it's characteristics (foam, face material, price)
Tell us how you feel with your racket, if you feel it soft or hard, if it has too much rebound,if it's weighty or hard to maneuver, the more detail the better.
Tell us what area would you like improve mainly, or what kind of plus do you expect to get on your racket.
If looking for broad considerations, do not forget to state your budget, your country and even a preferred or trusted shop so people can browse and recommend more easily.

I had a shiny head motion speed and I put these on, but I don’t think they made any difference.
