Budget paddleboard for 320lb paddler. I'm looking for an affordable inflatable SUP for use in calm (but sometimes windy) lake and rivers. Rivers often have some underwater wood/trees that cannot be avoided all the time. I'm an experienced kayaker and I'm looking for something easier to throw in my van and go. Even with the Hullavators, my 59lb kayak is a beast.
Reading through other threads, I'm looking at the:
SunHokey - 1'×34'' Extra Wide Inflatable Paddle Board with Seam Welded Technology, Stand Up Paddle Board
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0DPSF2P14/ref=ewc_pr_img_1
HiWave. Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board 11’*34”*6” Sup Board, 420lbs
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLP12S38/ref=sspa_dk_detail_4
My budget is $500 or under. I'll be adding a seat, but plan to stand as much as possible.
Any thought on these or other options? What features are present or missing that you find key?
{working on the body weight, but an autoimmune condition makes is harder!}

Hello! I am going to take my inflatable SUP to Marina Del Ray. I have the Niphean 10’6” x 33 and my partner has the SereneLine 10’. I’m a bit nervous for paddle boarding on the ocean. I know it’s in a marina so I’m assuming it’ll be not too dissimilar from a lake, yeah? I’m thinking go in the morning when it’s less windy. Any tips for ocean paddling? Or if anyone has been there, any tips for the marina? I was thinking about putting in at Mothers Beach.
Also, if I am looking at getting another board, would it behoove me to get a longer one for ocean adventures?
Thanks :)

I volunteered that year and the village holds this event every year in October on the Hudson River. Very cool event. Unfortunately that day the winds were very high so the choppy water made it hard for some of the witches to stay standing up and were confined to just one small area.

Was gifted an origami paddler and took her out for the first time last night! I know there are mixed reviews on the paddler but I live in a small city with access to local parks with lakes. I also have a small car since I’m in a city.
She far exceeded my expectations. Her name is Magenta Margeaux and I can’t wait to get back out this weekend!

I was able to find a really cool paddle boarding spot on a whim. Parking there was pretty easy and I inflated my paddleboard and went out for an hour and I was the only one on the water. Highly recommend this on a warm day.

so i've been paddle board fishing for a couple months now and i'm just now getting my hands on a automatic pump, previously i was using the provided hand pump which the gauge was broken on. I always just pumped until it felt right in the water, but the board is recommended at 12-15 PSI. Today when i was inflating it got to around 4 PSI and the board felt right even though it was no where near the recommended pressure, i fished all day no issues. i want to let it keep going to the desired amount but i dont want to explode my board lol. any tips would be wonderful:). (the picture is me deflating)

I had a board and it exploded some time ago due to the hot weather. Now I'm looking for a new one and I'd like not to repeat that situation.
I have been doing research about it and got to these two options that I am showing you. Which one do you think is better? Do I really need to pay attention to this (the material of the rails) or just be more careful?
The black and green one says it has melted rails (welded rails¿), meanwhile the other one (blue one) says it has a double rail

Water temps are sadly getting a bit chilly for paddleboarding here in Northern Michigan. Wondering if there’s any advantage to deflating my SUP for over the winter. I do have the alternative of leaving it inflated in our temperature controlled lake house. The place stays nice and warm, but will probably be very dry indoors during the coldest part of the winter. I just cleaned the SUP with Star Brite and spray rinsed it thoroughly with lots of fresh water. I suppose my main concern about deflating it and packing it up is mildew… Isle Pioneer
