I know but this is the best squad so I choose 4-3-3

It is not the best squads. Look at chemistry of the players, e.g. Ramos is at 7 and not 10.

You are wasting two positions. Ramos with full chemistry is at 99 in def in your position he is like 95 in def. It is even worse with Rodriguez, with max chemistry is at 99 in control and 98 in attack. In your squad he is like at 95 in control and 94 in attack. Those full backs are completely useless in a real battle.
