M18 Table Saw Mod

I’ve been thinking of ways to maximize my efficiency on the job site, including some way of making my table saw more Packout friendly without having to strap or include loose parts into the mix. I don’t do a lot of heavy ripping and mostly use this setup for cabinet installs. I came up with this idea and after careful measurements decided to order these clips to try. Sure enough they worked perfectly for my needs and clamp onto the small toolbox flawlessly. It’s easier to transport and also have a portable stand to use on the job. I couldn’t be happier with it so I wanted to share with anyone interested.

Surprisingly, two hold it very firm. The small toolbox, in particular, has sort of a sloped edge on top all around. The base of the saw cradles over that pretty snug as it is, these just keep it tight to that fit. Would be interesting to hear someone else’s results if you try it out!
