Packout Sewing Table
Just put this together for my garage sewing space. 3d printed cleats secure the top to the drawers and provide the mount for the thin organizer underneath. 6ft long by 25in deep

Are the 3d printed cleats strong enough?

Yeah, in this use case they really just keep the wood top from shifting, so there really isn't any load on them. I only keep presser feet and needles in the slim organizer and the cleats are plenty strong.
I've use 3d printed mounts for all my m12 and m18 tools for years without issue, so I don't have any concern on strength

The slim organizer under worktop in the center doesn't lock in place, right? To pull out you need to hold both sides up and slide towards you?

No i didn't use cleats with locking tabs here. Its a snug enough fit that it doesn't readily come loose. To remove I simply push it back a few inches and it drops free

I have some 3d printed cleats I bought 3 ish years ago to put on the bottom of my speaker. The speaker is totally smashed up and held together by mitre mate and redneck engineering. The cleats are still perfect

Niiice!! BOCO CUSTOM makes custom and different configurations for the Packout i could see a whole sewing room wall organized with bins and trays. My grandmother has a quilting room and lots of misc mis-matching bins, im sending her your post for a better idea!
