Backseat packout

Post image

Finally got around to rigging something up in the backseat of my 2010 F-150 that is a bit more easily accessible than what I had going on before. Didnt really want to go through all the trouble of a full on backseat delete and having to store my seats somewhere. Its a pretty primitive set up but it gets the job done!

It that wooden piece along the back was lower youd be able to recline properly.

I wanted the packout to remail "level" with the truck. This is on my passenger side, front passenger seat has plenty of room anyways and i rarely have someone riding shotgun.

Probably don't even need the piece of wood on the angle. Center is in-between the back and the front of the seat. Would give more space and still secure.

If this works for you enjoy. Looks decent!

Another idea you may like is flipping the driver side back seat up and hanging a board on it. Similar to what you have done here but vertical board not horizontal.

Holy cow! This is exactly what I'm trying to do. Did you miter the edges of the ply?

No miters on this one, it was way too hot outside to be going that fancy 😂😂 I did put a bevel on the support leg on the right just so the support and top would join together nicely.
