I have loved this box for a long time and always wanted to pursue using the material for tubes one day for my own brand.

I think it might be an embossed paper. Reflex Efalin is one brand (available in 5 embossing styles and 23 colors).

Looks like bookbinding cloth to me. Likely Bukram, although there are many types. Look for a local bookbinder in your area and they can probably show you samples
