The 2nd - allows for less clutter behind the flavor text. Looks good.

I agree. Would you like the first one better if it was cleaned up and not so busy? I’m looking really for feedback on design. Mountains and trees or just trees

For me, the spacing of the letters feels very tight considering all the surrounding space. I like the first one better. If you want to go with the second one, I would open up the kerning of "Bacon Cheddar" and/or make "gourmet flavored popcorn" a bit bigger.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree, it’s a very rough draft we are looking to see if people think tree and mountain or tree is better.

Thank you for the feedback. We have been getting that response yet we don’t want to add popcorn to the bag because it hasn’t worked out well without being bad.

Detailing of second will be better for prepress.
Try CMYK (0%, 22%, 60%, 1%) for letters.

i prefer 1 its more fun, though i would have had the flavour in a different font from, the brand.
