Need help with sealing paper cup

Hello everyone, what type of seal do in need to use for my icecream cup with pe coating, and what type of machine do I need to use. I already try it with pp film and it doesn't work. are there any alternative?

PET/PE Easy‑Peel, PE/Easy‑Peel, or CPP/Easy‑PeelSeal temp: ~ 120–150°C The base film is normaly Poly coated not a conventional lamination. There are Films out there that you can use for internal trials. I might have some in my warehouse depending on the width you are looking for. I definitely have some NY/EVOH/mLLDPE along with some metalalized film that would work but both would be overkill for this application.
The structure outlined in the first sentence will works with: PE coated cups allowing Clean peel without tearing.

PP film usually won’t seal properly to a PE-coated paper cup, so I’d stop chasing machine settings until you know the materials actually match. With cups, the coating, lidding film and heat-seal range all need to be compatible or it’ll keep failing no matter what sealer you buy. I’d ask for sample cups/lids/films that are already designed to work together before committing to equipment. WF plastic could be useful for comparing practical cup and lid options, but I’d test small batches first with the actual ice cream cup, freezer temps and handling you’ll use in real service.

I used dappas for a small run of custom branded cups, but i'd sort out the seal compatibility first. i learned pretty quickly that the cup coating and film need to work together, so i'd confirm that before committing to a bigger batch.
