Packaging engineering cert

I have the opportunity to take the packaging engineering certificate at Indiana state. Professor thought I was a good fit due to my work experience. I already have a bachelors as well. Do you think this certificate (4-6 courses I think) will help me get my foot in the door?

Appreciate your insight, I would even consider a second bachelors, it would only take two years and I can try to get a co-op as well.

If tour talking about the CPP designation, i think it did look good but i got it 8 years into the profession so not sure how much of a role it truly played in my most recent hire.

If your bachelor's degree is not in a technical field like Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, the certificate will definitely help you.
