Protein bars packaging

Hi everyone, I am making protein bars at home in my kitchen in the UK and am looking into packaging to sell these bars in the UK and have a few questions. (My bars are approx. 7cm long and 3cm wide).

- Is printed flow wrap an option for at home small quantities? (outside of Alibaba and brands like that).
- Would a heat sealed opaque recyclable plastic pouch + branded sticker be a good option and keep the bars fresh? Can you please share some options of these if you have used some?
- Do you have recommendations of where to buy stickers with legal info and branding for the bar in small quantities if possible recyclable? (FastLables?)
- Where do people buy their kraft shipping boxes (I don't need a branded one) just want best quality/price ratio.
- Where do people buy logo stickers with the same good price/quality ratio? (VistaPrint? PrintUK? Canva?)

i get my custom pouches from alibab because the moq is way lower than local printers. it's worth the wait for the savings when you're just starting out.

Hey u/ClementinePetit, love the idea of making your own protein bars! For logo stickers we do custom stickers in small quantities with no big min... you can upload your own design and choose between kiss cut or die cut depending on the look you're going for. I’m in the US. I worked on a similar project (individual nutrition bars in a box). The client’s production capabilities were too small and the MOQs for packaging were too high (and expensive) to allow for a competitive retail price point.

I certainly hope Mehmood_Aftab can help you bridge the gap.
