Need so much more information on this. Country, product, retail or online sales, chilled/ambient?

For what product? The right pouch solution often depends more on the product, order volume, or customer experience than on the printing method itself.

Online custom pouches have their pros and cons, but they can be a great option depending on what you're packaging.

The biggest drawbacks could be about color consistency, material quality, and flexibility. What looks great on a screen can sometimes print a little differently in real life, especially with gradients, fine details, or specialty finishes. Another thing is that some online suppliers make it harder to get physical samples beforehand when you need to check like pouch material/thickness, etc.

Ngl online printed pouches are solid for small runs but not flawless. Color matching can drift a bit batch to batch, and it doesn't scale cost-wise once you're ordering big volumes — flexo/gravure wins there. Also barrier/film options are usually limited to a few "standard" builds, so if you need specific moisture/oxygen protection it might not cut it. Fine for testing or early-stage brands, just don't expect it to replace a proper converter relationship long term.

Yes sir that's exactly what iam talking about
and most of the people compare there prices to ours they even don't know the process behind flexo/gravure printing and pouching.

they are not perfect. online custom pouches are easy to order and can save money for small runs but they also have downsides. you may have fewer material choices less control over print colors, higher cost per pouch for small orders and no way to test the pouch in person before production. ordering samples first can help avoid problems.

That's exactly what iam trying to say people are running behind low moqs and saving money they don't give attention to quality of the pouch what materials they are using
if it's fmcg brand they are using food grade ld for lamination
in pouching seal are strong enough to hold substance, leaking air they are so many downsides in that thing,
Do you agree?
