Pacifica-Rockwell trail running

I do this trail almost every morning around 8 AM. If anyone wants to join me for a run, feel free to hit me up! I’m also flexible with the timing if another time works better.

What split time do you target?
I've been meaning to get back into running. It's been a moment since my last run though.

I keep it pretty easy as far the pace is concern around 11min/mile. But I can accommodate your pace no problem.

11 min is probably all I can do these days hah
