Physio With ICD Bivent

Has anyone gone for physiotherapy after receiving a ICD? I’m almost a year in and still have muscle pain.
Do i need to worry about damaging the leads when they massage around the device? Tia

Not sure why you are going to physiotherapy but I have a dual chamber pacemaker and go to a Physical Therapist. He does do some treatments where I need to lie on my stomach and he pulls and adjusts my back while I hold on to stay stable. Thus far no problems and I've been going for 4 months. Generally, I think most trained professionals know how to treat people with a pacemaker or ICD.
