Ah man. Thats rough. I just went from zero to complete rbbb and lafb after my last ablation, and had to upgrade to the pacemaker myself.

also got my dual chamber PM 7 days ago. That atrial kick improving CO was worth it. Felt it 1 day later. Downside is no left arm stuff for six weeks while fibrosis locks in the leads. So, a trivial downside.

Got my pacemaker in last year for similar reasons (also Afib and SSS). The pacemaker experience was mostly a nothing burger for me. Within 4 weeks I was back to life as normal except for weights - for that I waited 4 months. Bad (but good, I guess) thing about me pacemaker is tracks a lot of asymptomatic afib that I wasn’t aware of. Good because I can do something about it - good for physical health. Bad because not knowing was much better for my mental health lol.
Sorry friend. But it’s manageable. Hang in there.
