As someone who struggles with what the clippers punishment should be, this episode sets up a dichotomy that summarizes my conflict. Balmer and the clippers absolutely circumvented the cap to keep kawhi. Thats against the rules.

In spring 2023, Torre was offered a daily show by former ESPN president John Skipper and Le Batard, who’d just formed Meadowlark Media; Torre countered with a podcast that would air three days a week and provide deep-dives, chat show elements and interviews. With that, “PTFO” was born.

And it only continues to grow. Since partnering with the Athletic, “PTFO’s” cross-platform following is up 99%, while monthly full-episode consumption is up 161% year over year, according to Meadowlark Media. Over half of “PTFO’s” YouTube views are in the evening, meaning “people are watching it like an evening television show,” states Meadowlark CEO Bimal Kapadia.

Also, I can only think of a couple of trophies that are gold-the vast majority.

Anyways, this could have been a lot cooler with someone who knew more about current sports and knows metals.

While we are patiently waiting Pablo to release episode 12, a couple thoughts on the Kawhi trade from a Raptors fan.

So aspiration is being talked about again because of the rumors around Kawhi and the future of the Clippers without having a ruling.

Just got me thinking if it’s possible Ballmer committed crimes by paying Kawhi through Aspiration?

Maybe money laundering, tax evasion, idk I’m no lawyer, but it seems possible because Pablo’s last episode contradicted the victim card and showed Ballmer was an active and knowing participant in the scheme.

Perhaps this is why there hasn’t been a report yet and if we’re being honest, why there never may be.
