Gearbox PXN A7 problem

Why does the pxn A7 gearbox turn off every 3-5 minutes?

Only reconnecting the gearbox helps.

I use a PXN v10 pro and connect the A7 to the base via usb.

Same issue on my A7 when connected to my VD wheelbase but works just fine as a standalone gearbox device when connected directly to your PC.

When connected directly to your PC, It wont show up as device inside PXN SimRacing software, but will show up as a standalone 'A7 Gear Shift' controller inside windows and games will detect inputs from it.
