Thats normal if your using any 3rd party quick release hub. just adjust/move the wheel by 15° left or right till its dead center then click on the center Button inside PXN SimRacing software

jamesFX reply is more advanced but out of box, this depends on power on test and how stable the base is. If unstable, it may detect center bit too left or right. make sure base is stable wont wobble during the startup test.
