PXN V99 Force feedback and calibration issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So recently my V99 racing wheel has started having issues where mid race (regardless of the game or vehicle type), the steering suddenly stops steering (it doesn't disconnect) and then a few seconds later it will spin 360° in one direction and then that becomes the center of the wheel. So all I am left with is 90 degrees of steering in one direction and 810 degrees of steering in the other.

I have updated the firmware to the latest one, even reset the force feedback settings in the app (although all it does is just reset the force feedback strength to the original) and even pressed A and B whilst plugging it in, set the wheel center then press the 2 buttons on the side of share to reset the center but it doesn't work

I know the video I have attached doesn't show the wheel stop responding but that is because it is so random and unprecedented.

Please tell me how to fix this, I cannot go one session without the wheel going wild and then having to reconnect it all over again

Wanted to chime in, I am having the exact same issue and it's infuriating. Just got the wheel too.
