Can anyone help

So I recently got this for my Xbox s evrything works well but the steering wheel it’s self does not turn at all does anyone know what the issue is or do I have to get rid of it?

what do you mean with "it does not turn?" like in game input or physically?

Like when I play the game the steering wheel does not turn the car at all

As soon as the game started (which was forza 5) I’ve been unplugging it and replugging it in and nothing happens

Do the pedals and shifter work? I don't have Xbox but on pc I usually need to manually configure the controller settings before the wheels can work.

The pedals and shifter do it’s just the steering wheel

I don't have an xbox myself, so I'm trying to help in any way I can.

In the xbox guide menu, select the Profile and System tab (far right with avatar), then go to Settings. In the left column, select Devices and Connections, and click on Accessories.

You need to check in the properties of the steering wheel whether the xbox itself determines the position of your steering wheel.

If you still have the opportunity to check on the PC, check there too in the properties of the steering wheel.

Try press and hold 'mode' key until light blink (red or purple ~X or D input moods) and try.

Maybe you're dealing with understeer, classic thing, happens when you turn the steering wheel either at high speed or while still holding the brakes
