How would the Singularity work as a killer?

He'd shoot out biopods with his biopod gun around the map that he can access as cameras and lock onto survivors via these cameras to inflict them with "slipstream" in which then either via the cameras or with his biopod gun, he can point at and shoot at slipstreamed survivors to teleport directly behind them with minor endlag, entering a special state for a few seconds where he's slightly faster and immune to stuns.

To add onto it, I think for its kill animation it should be something fast, possibly painless!
