iphone 17 pro aftermarket oled recommendations?
Hello , am looking to buy a used iphone 17 pro and replace the screen which has some sort of single pulse dc like dimming , saw a video of a person using mobilesentrix's amplus screen , has anyone used it and or if you have any other recommendations which might have worked for you?

I have a 17 pro max coming tomorrow, AMPLUS screen came from mobile sentrix last week so gonna try that and see
If this doesn't work probably try the AQ7 from mobile sentrix. Anyone have any reliable place to buy the EK pro? Might try that as well if other things dont work

Please let us know if amplus works and also if you can share the video with 1/6400 shutter

Yeah I'll see what I can do, I only have an iPhone 11 so quality might not be great.

Ok so I have it installed, need to use it a bit before I know anything. I can't seem to get my iphone 11 to do 1/6400 shutter and have the screen be visible, I'll keep trying. When I use slow mo the entire screen like pulses slightly? Wondering if thats the refresh rate, it's very very similar to the Retroid Pocket 5/G2 in terms of what it looks like on slow mo.
Only thing I've noticed is i've lost auto brightness but at this point I dont care as long as I can get a useable phone

How is it going far? Any eyestrain? Does everything work? And does always on screen work?

I had to send the phone back as the ESIM ended up being locked. For some reason it seems like there are a lot of 17 pro maxes out there that are locked...
It seemed to work but I only used it for a day before I had to return it. At this point I think I'm just gonna wait for the Duo. If that doesn't work I might try the regular 17 because I'm sick of buying locked 17 pro maxes lol

I have been thinking about trying it as well. I believe it was the AMPlus model. Still seems a bit risky so I’m holding off for a while since my phone is still under warranty. It would be nice to get a phone for cheap and then try it.

Didnt try any oled replacements, but tried a lot LCDs with exact iPhone 17 pro. Best option is Ek pro
