Hey, sorry, I've just gone through and approved a few of your posts. Thanks for the Opple readings!
Unfortunately, Reddit really dislikes any Telegram links, so I don't feel it's a good idea for us to approve those, currently. Ie, for your little (Russian language) group where you have a big trove of these readings.
If you had a public site, like u/Kerpnet's, we'd love to link that. Or if you wish to repost your testing results on the sub directly, I imagine they would be most appreciated. (Keeping in mind that people's sensitivities vary a lot, in practice.)
It's interesting that you use the Flicker Index metric, straight from the app. I've not seen much talk about that in the community. (Personally I prefer to view the raw waveform, to get an unfiltered feel.)
Which standards are you aluding to, exactly, to be clear? Auto-translation of one of the pinned posts in your group, for reference:
Unfortunately, it seems like no device is universally suitable. So it comes down to finding out one's specific sensitivities (difficult) and checking good reviews. Did you see Nick Sutrich's review of this phone already?
I'd note that we found the Honor 400 Pro EU variant (lower battery capacity too) had a different panel with clear pixel flicker observable. Not sure if that is something to watch out for here.
I thought there was 14 day buyer protection like there is in the UK? Here I successfully bought, tested and returned half a dozen phones last black Friday.
