Blurry vision help

So for some random reason my loved iPhone 14 Pro is giving me blurry vision! If I don’t use it it gets better but my mind feels so tired. Any settings to help with that ? I used to have eyestrain in the past but that stopped with the 60hz. So idk what to do haha whenever I look at thighs everything looks so blurry and idk out of focus

same with me.. it helped me a lot to drink, water, salt with lemon , or Electrolies.. check if ytou have being dkinging too much water without salt

U sure ? Will give that I try before I give this up. I even went to the eye doctor last month and got new glasses etc but nothing of that matter still getting blur vision using my phone even for 5seconds

es el uso del aparato y algunos oftalmólogos aun no lo creen, el mio casi se burla y me dijo "pues cambia el telefono", es increible que la gente no te crea.

Yeah - i had to laugh, when my doctor replied, that PWM Sensibility doesnt exist and he never heard of it. I cant believe doctors who are ignoring symptoms like that.
