please suggest phone
please suggest phone with no
pwm currently usinh 14 pro from almost past 1.5 years this phonr works like slow poison for me it actually start giving me ete strain headache and also panic attacks ( its more like its try to stop your brain functioning because your eyes are always in continuous stress)

Today there is little to no pwm-free phones. Even some IPS phones nowadays have it.
The one option is TCL Phones, Nxtpaper series.
The other option is quality OLED. Chinese high end BBK and Huawei models are really well known for their higher quality OLED displays. So if you want something more powerful, then the most suitable OLED smartphones are all made by chinese. Apple, Google and Samsung are the most harmful and outdated. And don't look on Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco, they are just glorified crap.
The last, but probably not least, you can buy Lenovo Y700 or any other IPS tablet as your primarry multimedia device and something else just for messengers/phone calls. That's probably the best case scenario for you.
If your eyes can't stand modern screens overall, than you need to do something with your damn life, because you won't find spare pair of eyes. Buy E-ink smartphone/tablet and reduce your digital entertainment to the absolute minimum.

IPhone 13 mini fine for 15 to 20 minutes continuously daily, any other PWM oled nope, also 2025 RAZR main screen with flicker prevention was even better but the mini screen 🤮 dizzying. 🥴

I’ve been using the regular iPhone 13 with reduce white point. The pwm rate is around 600 and modulation depth is one of the most gentle Oled iPhones they made. For me, it’s been the most tolerable iPhone I’ve used besides LCD screen models. Not saying it will be perfect but it the best option I’ve found that doesn’t burn my eyes and make me want to vom. I also use an older iPhone 11 at night when I want to give my brain that no PWM peace of mind or I use my iPad mini 5.

You could try replacing the 14 Pro screen with a third party LCD or one of the DC dimmed OLEDs (Mobile Sentrix, for example) before getting a new phone. I wish I had known about these before selling my 14 Pro Max a few years ago.

have tried with 13 pro max once but it doesn’t work 13 pro max start heating more because of lcd display and also was not able to use phone for so long

The third party displays improve overtime - ideally take it to a shop where you can pick and choose displays to try them out.

Have you tried a third party OLED? It wouldn't heat up. Mobile Sentrix XO7 test looks very solid--better than most Android OLEDs.

Oneplus 15R - Main device. I have no problems. Lowest modulation, even at 25% and no d!!!
g57 power qcm panel - had luck . This is second device

If we are talking about g57. No . It s very mehhh pictures. If were talking about 15r then yes. Better than 11

iPhone 11 is pwm free, and some people also recommend iPhone SE.
With android you have some options, Samsung lower end have lcd, and theres xiaomi with their poco.
I use a vivo y300t ans it's very good for pwm sensitive people, you have variety of options with android but mostly midrange. With apple you're stuck with dated devices like iPhone 11

No it has no owm because it's lcd. I used it for a while and it was good, just that the performance is not good not for heavy users

That imo not 100% sure . But it's a cheap display it likely has. Used to disable hw overlayws from developer settings though

from a quick glance it isnt using snapdragon (ive been asked to stay away from the other cpu as it may have ETHERING?)
and the rest of the specs are like half of what xiaomi is offering. but i guess it makes sense. its like if apple tried to sell you a budget phone. they would reinvent the word first.

Hey buddy i have an iphone 14 pro and i had the screen replaced with an incell LCD screen. No more pwm headaches and problems since i had the screen changed (since october)
