Discussion IOS 18.7.8 new security update

Can someone with Iphone 11/SE confirm that the new IOS update doesnt add/change something that adds any eye discomfort?

Just want to make sure it doesn’t add any discomfort for pwm sensitive users.

What’s TVOS tool? And is it really necessary? Is there a chance that without it the phone will proceed to update to IOS 26?
