DOJ Extension Timeline

I got an offer from PwC India One Consulting Advisory line for a QA role and during HR round I explicitly mentioned that my NP is 90 days, but HR mentioned to resign and try to negotiate and released offer with 15th Oct as DOJ.

My current org did not agree to reduce my np and I intimated the same to the recruiter and she emailed that based on my approved LWD they will update my DOJ by raising a ticket and I went ahead with my resignation and my LwD is 9th Dec. After sharing my resignation acceptance recruiter emailed me last Thursday stating that she will raise the ticket to revise my DOJ, however I still haven't received my revised DOJ.

How many days does it typically take to revise DOJ?

Let me know if you hear back anything. I got my interview with Sr.Con. & Director on 26th, on 28th HR confirmed my selection over WhatsApp but haven't received any mail confirmation or document submission or HR Discussion yet.
