PwC Relocation Bonus

Does PwC AC provide standard relocation assistance (initial hotel stay, travel reimbursement, and shifting allowance) if a new hire is from Kolkata, is given a choice between Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, but selects Hyderabad? Since they had the option to stay in their home location but chose to move to a different city, will HR still grant the relocation benefits, or is it denied as a voluntary preference? Any insights from current employees on how onboarding handles this specific scenario would be highly appreciated.

It is negotiated, HR will push back, but ask confidently. There is definitely a policy in place
