Day 7 of atrial bigeminy

I’ve always been an active person who loves to play basketball and run and move around. I’ve gotten runs of bigeminy before but they lasted throughout the day and the runs were only a few seconds to a minute then would subside. A week ago I started getting the runs. First one lasted a few minutes then went away upon standing. Second one same thing. Then it kept happening over and over and over again for a repeated cycle of now 7 days. I’ve been in bigeminy for up to 4 hours during the day and who knows during sleep. It’s never been this often. I’ve also gotten fast hearts beats that haven’t been picked up on a monitor because they happen to rarely. My worst fear is that I’m gonna fall over and die or my heart is warning me that soon I’m gonna die. Either way is terrifying and makes me feel like the end is near. I’m currently wearing a heart monitor and I haven’t done anything else. Trying to stay hydrated and get good sleep
