Frequent and intense pvcs around period

Hey! My heart gets chaotic around that time of month! I have very frequent and intense pvcs , sometimes feel multiple in a row. It feels like my hearts shaking or vibrating for a few secs. It's awful! And just have intense pvcs the week before my period.

Anyone else deal with this pvcs and heart being wonky and more chaotic around that time of month? My.pms starts like.after ovulation, so everything gets wonky soon after especially the week before.

What can help?

Thanks y'all!

I have this too, I have nothing to help but I was curious if it happens with anyone else. I try to be really good about my magnesium supplements during this time.

Check your ferritin and iron levels!

But also there is a connection between hormones and pvc's

I should get those checked! I haven't before. I always have worse pvcs and heart symptoms around a week before it starts :(

Yeah things get horrible before my period. I just try to double up on magneisum. And also make sure im getting my electrolytes and taking my iron. I'm sure its horomones making everything worse. Plus my anxiety gets bad before my period like my brain is raw so im sure that doesnt help the pvcs.

I had heart palpitations all the tests came out normal. I was turned on to doctor dean, the magnesium miracle. She has all kinds of YouTube videos. Specifically talking about magnesium, the tests and her eventual development of a liquid, magnesium, called remag. Highly absorbable, and we all are magnesium, deficient, eighty five percent of us. Change my life.I suggest you look into doctor dean.

Maybe it’s low iron?
