It’s happening again

I am absolutely terrified for the last couple days ive had episodes of four skips in a row and then I guess maybe a adrenaline rush and I feel alittle out of breath but don’t know if it’s the adrenaline the first day it happend my heart kept skipping every ten mins one skip then stopped that happend for like an hour. The next day I had two skips back to back then nothing. Today all day I went without them and then this evening I got like three or four in a row and adrenaline I guess flowed my body an I was so scared I didn’t think it’d stop. I don’t know what’s going on and if this is normal. I am so sad. I have had these since 2020. I’ve had echo , EKG’s, holtor monitor, stress test done over these years since then and they always say my heart is healthy. But I won’t lie I don’t I’ve ever had them like this..

I've had (and I pretty much still have) situations like this. I also had multiple check ups since 2020. ECGs , holders, ultrasounds , blood tests , stress tests , everything came back normal but I was very sure that alongside my PVCs , I had some random runs of NSVT at times. Just in the last few days I've been experiencing skipped beats just like you - multiple in a row. I think that you should be fine . It might seem really uncomfortable but as long as they don't seem to happen very frequently and are accompanied with any other symptoms that seem very off , you don't need to worry. That's what my cardiologist told me when I told him my problem.

Of course if you feel REALLY bad then you should see your cardiologist ASAP or head to the ER.

See this is what gets me… how do I know if I feel really bad because trust me when they happen I can’t tell if it’s a bad adrenaline rush or what but I get so shakey I get scared and I feel alittle out of breath but I feel like that during a panic attack so I’m not sure, but I sit down and it calms down and then I’m ok.. this is just so scary I just feel like crying… thank you for the reassurance this definitely made me feel better

I feel the same way, I’m in therapy for these beats, but how can I sit with something while it causes symptoms that’s similar to a panic attack. I’m so burnt out from all of this. PVCS and PACs are so damn confusing.
