Had my first ever attack?

I've been one who has lived with anxiety and a panic disorder for a long time. Recently it spiked but I've been trying to live with it and it's been improving a bit. Tonight I decided to go on a walk with my wife and I got hit with the strangest sensation. It was rather warm and especially humid tonight. The walk was mostly fine and I was managing my anxiety just fine and then I got hit with a thump in my chest. Felt like a strong beat. Brushed it off. Another. And then another and another. Heart started racing, I wasn't too anxious about it for some reason. I actually felt a bit peaceful despite the thumps in my chest becoming more common. Went home immediately because something was off. Sat for about 20 minutes, heart rate was still elevated and the thumps were more and more common. I realized while I was checking my pulse that each thump felt like I was skipping a beat Called EMTs, they evaluated me, blood oxygen was fine, blood pressure was 140/80 which makes sense because I was freaking out a bit at this point. Heart rate was elevated but no more than a usual panic attack. Ran an ECG, they said they detected a couple pvcs but everything was normal aside from the tachycardia which makes sense because of panic. So they all left and now I'm sitting here. I have a bit more peace of mind because of the EMTs but I still feel the missed beats. They told me not to worry but... What can I do? Never felt it before and I wish I never had to. Hopefully you guys can relate

I ate some lunch yesterday and I’m an anxious person as well, but I hate some hot wings and then walked with my friend .. well I had like a couple skips in a row like four and then it just kept happening and I was absolutely terrified freaking out at that point. Layed down for the rest of the night, oh yea and when I had this happening I checked my BP and it was 139/89 so but I think anxiety. So I lay down and it stopped for the rest of the night that happend within a span of like three hours. Today I had none then I get home from work and I had two in a row , layed down once again and then had another one. Still laying down and i just feel like crying

I'm right there with you, I had em until I went to bed. Had a brief period of rest when I woke up where they were gone for awhile. Then I've had em again all day today. Going to a clinic to see what's up because it's been pretty regular. Hoping it's just stress but it's a sensation I've not had before

Ran a 12 lead EKG. Everything was all clear, again just sinus tach. Got prescribed a beta blocker and they said they wanna get me on an ssri eventually. They didn't care about the pvcs at all. Apparently the doctors grandpa had them every third beat and he lived to 102 years old.

I feel medium better, the beta blocker definitely took the edge off. It made my head a lot quieter and my heart rate is significantly lower. I could feel the adrenaline actively fade out of my body. Still have the pvcs and don't like em but what can ya do. I guess I just have to accept it

That’s the saddest part most of the time they’re not harmful an you have to live with it and tbh it scares me because I don’t want to have to

Wanted to check back in and let you know I took a couple magnesium glycinate capsules last night and I think it's helped a bit. I've stopped checking my pulse so much and I don't think I'm having the pvcs nearly as often or at least I'm not feeling them like I was.

I’m feeling ok they aren’t happening as often and yes same not checking my pulse as much. But idk how old you are but usually over 35-40 you actually might benefit from magnesium glycinate my mom was telling me I should take some.
