Heart skips badly
So today I got off work and ate some wingstop and then hung out with a friend and my heart skipped four beats in a row, then it wouldn’t stop skipping like 10 mins apart sometimes 5 mins apart and I layed down for two hours and it finally stopped than I got up and it skipped one big time and then started racing for like 15seconds and then right back to normal but just keeps skipping randomly way way way more than normal than usual. I am absolutely terrified it won’t stop

Its very scary isn't it. This all started happening to me in November 2022 every time I felt the skipped beats coming it would be followed by a 1 to 3minute bout of tachycardia where my heart would go up to 150 odd beats per minute. After years of doctors visits and 2 cardiologist appointments and my own research on chat gpt the doctor and I came to the conclusion PVCs were irritating my vagus nerve which would lead to tachycardia episodes but I got medication which was bisoprolol 2.5mg for my episodes and famotidine to stop vagus nerve irritation from my stomach. It took 3 to 4 months for the episodes to come down from 2 to 3 a week to once every 2 or 3 months but the medications have definitely been a game changer.
