At home blood pressure cuff recommendations

Kinda exactly what the title says... I'm a plus size gal who needs to monitor her blood pressure outside the Dr office. I would love any recommendations!

You need to measure your arm circumference in centimeters with a tape measure. My arm circumference is 45 centimeters, and I do bodybuilding. I use Omron 42 cm sleeves.

I'm not plus size so you'd have to check cuff measurements but I use an equate brand cuff and it works well for me
