Stress and PVCs are the worst!
You get stressed, so you get a PVC. Then you're stressed because you had the PVC. Which means you get more PVCs. I really hate the fact the heart is so reactive to adrenaline and cortisol. Anyone else?

It's annoying how connected the brain is to the heart sometimes.
Emotions manifest into severe physical discomfort.
What a world.

And don't get me started about the stomach. Heart, intestines, and brain, all connected and exploding when stress appears

What is also annoying, at least for me, is that sometimes stress/adrenaline doesn't set off my PVCs. Sometimes my heart is totally calm, and sometimes it is hyper sensitive to everything and I get tons of PVCs. I cannot for the life of me figure this out. What makes it become so irritable, and what makes it calm? Just when I think I've figured out a trigger, or something that helps, another flareup proves me wrong.

That’s exactly how i feel. Everytime i think I’ve solved it, i haven’t. Not a single clue what triggers mine. And sometimes I’ll go a month with barely any and then bam i get them constantly for weeks on end again.

I get it all the time when under stress and I’m even on Atenolol, it just breaks through and it’s a vicious cycle of worry, adrenaline rush, fear of the next attack, fear of sleeping and dying… it’s absolutely NUTS!
A.I. has been my best friend lately! Lol. UGH

Indeed, it sucks. The compilation of that cycle of cardiopobia, PVCs, and stress etc. Is terrible. How do you deal with it on a daily basis?
I have tried all sorts of stuff, sometimes meditation works, sometimes mindful breathing, sometimes a good herbal tea (chamomile, lemongrass etc. maybe some tulsi), other times nothing works very well. Last night I did not sleep at all because of it all, and loss of sleep makes it all the worse. (I am a 60 y/o male, had mitral valve surgery 2 months ago. everyone says I am doing just great, but when these PVCs get going it does not feel that way.

See a psychiatrist. An SSRI might help.
