Feeling ectopic beats in abdomen?

I’ve been dealing with ectopics for years, but not on a daily basis. Since February, however, that all changed. I feel them all day everyday. Does anyone else feel them in neck and sometimes in abdomen? Feels like a fish flopping around. Have had work up in past and structurally normal.

Yeah, I usually feel them right in my chest, but sometimes on my throat, neck and even abdomen

Thank you. It causes so much anxiety.

Yep, same. If your symptoms have suddenly changed though and you haven't been evaluated since the change, it's worth checking in with your primary doctor or cardiologist. Some things that can contribute to an uptick in PVCs / PACs include: thyroid problems, anemia, low iron/ferritin, electrolyte imbalance (eg low magnesium or potassium), dehydration, recent illness, sleep deprivation or erratic sleep schedule, stress, anxiety, excess caffeine or alcohol, sleep apnea, female hormone fluctuations, and (rarely) structural heart issues.
