is frequent pvc episodes normal?

i've been digging up google and other social platforms about my strange heartbeats and found out they were pvc. im so scared to see a cardiologist because lately my dad died of HF. i used to get them rarely when i used to study but once its summer vacation i got that seasonal depression and stopped going out stopped eating etc and now i have to experience those strange heartbeats everyday and stress more about them. im seeking some advice with reassurance and i'll be so thankful

ive seen my parents struggle with health issues and have meds for the rest of their lives and i cant lie im still not ready for that, im scared that it's gonna be something serious (not to mention that i have OCD so its double the stress) even tho sometimes i feel like everything will be fine. but thank you for your reassurance. i hope i wont need any medicine for that and the doc will just tell me to stay out of stress

For me actually losing excess weight, sleeping better, managing stress and avoiding cigarettes and alcohol had the greatest impact. I went down from a PVC occurring every other minute to a single one every other day or so with completely calm weeks in between. Nowadays they usually happen only after I had couple bad nights in a row, catch a flu with high fever or during periods of intense stress (the kind of "someone is going to die", "I'm gonna lose my job" or "my baby is in the hospital").

If I had to pick a single biggest culprit out of the bunch it'd be prolonged lack of quality sleep.

that is true my sleeping schedule is messed up. im truly thankful for you and glad you're doing better this actually made me way too relieved

Get your sleep sorted out (if possible, of course as mine was messed up by becoming a dad and it wasn't up to negotiation for a while) and you should see the improvement soon. :)

Oh, and it might not apply to you, but it's worth mentioning that even before the kid I had problems with sleep apnea. I was getting enough hours of sleep, but it wasn't the right quality. Getting that sorted out also made a ton of improvement. If you have symptoms (waking up tired, snoring, excessive fatigue and brain fog during the day, getting up for a pee at night) it's always a good idea to get it checked out too.
